Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

 

Shipping rates

A single curler ships for a $4.95 flat rate. Orders of $40 or more ship free — that covers both the 2-curler and 3-curler packs. Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay, with no surprises.

 

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

 

Delivery time

Orders ship from a US warehouse and typically arrive within 5–12 business days after processing.

 

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.

 

Delayed or lost orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 12 business days of shipping, email us at thekylechris123@gmail.com and we'll track it down or make it right.

 

Wrong or damaged items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
